「異典報」介紹在世界各地著名的文化慶典，收藏了13個來自各國與擁有悠久歷史的文化故事，封面設計理念為「異典報，爆一點」，以各國之間雖被大海劃開，但節慶卻具有意想不到的吸引力，往往能夠吸引世界各地的人前往，且無論是否為當地人，都能和陸相處在慶典歡樂的氣氛之中，打破文化隔閡。

The cover design is based on the idea that although countries are divided by the sea, festivals have an unexpected appeal and often attract people from all over the world.
